2) Kuk-Ki eh daehan Kyung-Yet (Bow to the flag)
3) Muk- Yum (Meditation) - sit legs crossed, eyes closed and hands on knees
4) Ba-Ro (Return to order)
5) Yah- so (Stand)
6) When bowing to the instructor you must put their rank in at the beginning of this sentence.
For 7th 8th and 9th Dan: Kwan Jang Nim
For 4th 5th and 6th Dan: Sah Bum Nim
For 1st 2nd and 3rd Dan: Kyo Sah Nim
